  • YES! At each cookie station we’ll have a limited number of vegan and gluten-free cookies offered. Ask volunteers to identify them for you.

  • Event Parking and directions will be emailed to riders. Both PAID + FREE Parking options will be offered at the event. Follow event signage and staff when arriving.

  • Yes, we do offer discounted registrations to Teams/Groups. Contact us for details and pricing.

  • VeloFix will be on route to support riders w/ mechanical issues. Also, each Aid Stop is hosted by local bike shops and clubs w/ friendly riders and tools on hand to support you. 

  • Not too much! Phil designed the routes to incorporate roads less traveled by LA drivers. 

  • Yes, Sierra Club & Local Chapters are beneficiaries of the event. Visit CHARITY page for additional details. 

  • Of course! Visit the Volunteer page to see all available positions and opportunities. 

  • Cookie Fondo Staff can store your gear if you'd like. Parking is also nearby so feel free to stow your swag bag and leftover gear in your vehicle. 

  • Yes! Family, friends and fellow cookie lovers are welcome. Check with Registration Staff event weekend to purchase additional Food/Drink Tickets. 

  • No age restrictions. Riders under 18 need to have parents permission to ride.

  • Rain or shine, we ride!

  • Yes! Good luck catching him on the road though. Better find him at the Sponsor Expo or Start line for a photo. 

  • Yes! Please inform registration and packet pick up volunteers of your distance selection when you pick up event weekend.

  • Participants unable to participate in the Cookie Fondo can defer their entry up to 30 days before the event via email request. While all event fees (entry, ancillary products, etc.) are non-refundable, and will not be applied to a future event, participants who cancel their entry will have access to a guaranteed entry for the next event.

  • YES! Helmets are required. Always wear a helmet when you ride, don't be silly. 

  • Yes, Newbury Park Bike Shop will be offering excellent bikes to test out for the entire weekend. Visit RENTAL BIKES page for details.

  • Yes, each distance carries its own time requirements. You'll want to keep an AVG/MPH of 11MPH. 

  • We don't recommend it. Enjoy the company of fellow riders and make some new friends. 

  • Bad idea. Don't do it.

  • We recommend the Hyatt Regency Westlake Village or the Sheraton Aguora Hills. Visit the STAY page for details and availability.  

  • No. Hyatt Regency Westlake Village is only 2mi from Start/Finish. Just a quick spin over to Start/Finish locations.

  • We recommend flying into Burbank Regional Airport (BUR) or Los Angeles International Airport (LAX.) Both are approx 32mi away our host city, Westlake Village.
